Exchanges & Returns

Need a different size or changed your mind? Exchanges are free in all countries we ship to, and you have 14 days to register an exchange or return.

How do I exchange an item?

Register your exchange in our return portal within 14 days of receiving your order. You can choose another size, colour or product, subject to availability.

We cover shipping both ways, in all countries we ship to. We’ll send your new items once you’ve handed your return parcel to the carrier.

How do I return an item?

Please register your return in our return portal within 14 days of receiving your order. Send your parcel back as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after registering.

Enter your order number and email address, select the items you’d like to return and follow the instructions.

A return fee of 39 DKK / 5 EUR / 60 SEK per return parcel is deducted from your refund.

Trying on is fine. If the clothes have been worn, washed or damaged beyond what’s needed to try them on, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.

When will I receive my refund?

We usually process refunds within 48 hours of your return arriving at our warehouse, using your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need a few extra days to make the money available.

If you return your entire order, we also refund the original standard delivery cost.
