Shopping for Christmas? We recommend ordering early.
For expected delivery before Christmas, please place your order before 12:00 noon CET on the dates below:

These dates are recommendations, and delivery before Christmas is not guaranteed. Carrier delays and customs clearance may affect delivery.
Orders placed after these dates will still be dispatched as usual, but may arrive after Christmas.
Shipping destinations
We ship to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic (Czechia), Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 12:00 noon Danish time on a business day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time are usually dispatched the next business day.
During busy periods or in exceptional circumstances, dispatch may take longer.
We do not dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Danish public holidays.

We ship with Bring, GLS, DHL, UPS and FedEx, depending on your destination and chosen delivery method.
Free shipping thresholds are based on the value of the items in your order before discounts and excluding shipping charges. Applying a discount does not affect your eligibility for free shipping.

Pickup points
If your selected pickup point is unavailable, the carrier may redirect your parcel to a nearby pickup point and notify you.
Customs and import charges
For deliveries to Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the Faroe Islands, you are responsible for any applicable import VAT, customs duties and carrier clearance fees.
These charges are separate from our shipping charges and are not covered by free shipping.
